Topsham in Lockdown – Your Photos needed !

Did you take a photo of the first Thursday clap for the NHS and carers , or of the first House Martins nesting or other signs of Spring in Topsham ?


Estuary League of Friends in partnership with the Goat Walk Land Trust and Love Topsham  is inviting you to submit photos for an exhibition planned to take place in the last week of August . The exhibition will be in  windows, on railings and in public spaces in Topsham. You will be able to follow a trail. The photos will also be available afterwards on line.

Photos must have been taken within the time frame 23 March – 27 July. There will be a general category and a ‘ Nature and Green Spaces’  category which is sponsored by the Goat Walk land Trust . There will be a special category for children under 11.


Entry is open to all residents or visitors to Topsham with photos taken during this time frame .


All you have to do is send your photo (s)  maximum of two per person to  by Monday July 27 . The photos must be in digital format , not printed.  Please send your photos as an attachment to an email . The email must state your name,  and age if under 11.  You can give your photo a title if you wish . If your photo contains identifiable images of people , it is essential that you get permission from them for the photo to be displayed .


The photos will be looked at by a panel and the best ones will be selected and printed by Optima Graphics . These will be A4 size for display in windows and A3 size which will be laminated for outdoor display . The photos will carry your name,  unless you specifically request anonymity , and the title of the photo and the acknowledgement of the organisations.
